The belt has adjustable straps, so it grows with you. Choose your size by your belly circumference — measured around the fullest part of your bump:
- M — 70–100 cm
- L — 80–110 cm
- XL — 90–120 cm
- XXL — 100–130 cm

How do I wear it?
Place the wide panel across your lower back, bring the ends round so the padded part sits under your bump, and fasten it at the front. Then stretch the upper straps over the top of your bump and secure them. Adjust the tension so it feels snug but comfortable.
Which size should I choose?
Sizes run from M to XXL based on your belly circumference (70–130 cm). The straps are adjustable, so if you are between sizes, size up for the final months. Full size guide is on this page.
How do I wash it?
Close the straps, hand wash in cool water with a mild soap and air dry. Avoid tumble drying so the elastic keeps its shape.
