How do I wear it?
Place the wide panel across your lower back, bring the ends round so the padded part sits under your bump, and fasten at the front. Then stretch the upper straps over the top of your bump and secure them. Adjust the tension so it feels snug but comfortable.
Which size should I choose?
Sizes run from M to XXL, based on your belly circumference (70–130 cm). The straps are fully adjustable, so if you are between sizes, size up for the final months. See the full size guide on the product page.
When can I start wearing it?
Many mums start wearing a support belt from the second trimester, once the bump begins to feel heavy — but you can wear it whenever you feel you need extra support. If you have any concerns, check with your midwife or doctor.
How long can I wear it for?
It is made for comfort during everyday activities like walking, standing or working. Take it off to rest and do not sleep in it. Listen to your body, and loosen it whenever you like.
Can I use it after birth?
Yes. Many mums find the belt gives gentle support in the weeks after birth too.
How do I wash it?
Close the straps, hand wash in cool water with a mild soap and air dry. Avoid tumble drying so the elastic keeps its shape.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, with tracked delivery across the UK.
