Place the wide panel across your lower back, bring the ends round so the padded part sits under your bump, and fasten at the front. Then stretch the upper straps over the top of your bump and secure them.

Sizes run from M to XXL, based on your belly circumference (70–130 cm). The straps are adjustable, so if you are between sizes, size up for the final months.
