These terms and conditions govern sales made on the Novy website.

1. Seller

2. Products

Our products are described and shown as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Novy reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email is sent to you once your order is validated.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely using the payment methods available at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on orders over £50; below that a flat-rate delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period). Return shipping is at the customer's expense. See our return policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the original payment method.

9. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.

10. Safe use

The Novy Pregnancy Support Belt is a comfort support garment, not a medical device. Please use it as intended and follow the instructions provided. If you experience any pregnancy-related pain or have any concerns, check with your midwife or doctor before use.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. This does not affect the statutory consumer protection rights you are entitled to in your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, we will always seek an amicable solution first.
