Right to cancel

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return an item, without having to give a reason.

Return conditions

The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in perfect resale condition.

Return costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can only process the refund once we receive the parcel.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we'll issue your refund within 14 days, to the original payment method.

How to make a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item concerned. We'll send you the steps to follow and the return address.

Damaged item or mistake

If you receive a faulty item or there's a mistake in your order, contact us straight away: we'll take care of the problem and any costs involved in that case.
