The Novy Pregnancy Support Belt wraps gently around your bump and lower back to take the strain off as your baby grows. It goes on in seconds and adjusts to you — here's how to wear it.
1. Under your bump
Place the soft padded lower band under your bump and rest it against your belly, so it gently supports you from below.
2. Around your back
Bring the wide support band around your lower back and fasten both ends at the front, over the lower band. Adjust it so it sits comfortably under your bump.
3. Over the top
Stretch the upper strap over the top of your bump and press it onto the side fastenings. Fine-tune the tension for a snug, comfortable hold — and loosen it as your bump grows.
